T-Rex Series

T-Rex Chill

The T-Rex Chill, cooling effect of 70W (without external fan), is a cutting-edge thermal interface material (TIM) infused with graphene. The T-Rex Chill has an exceptionally low effective thermal resistance, measuring less ≤ 0.1℃ cm2/W at 40 psi. Suitable for gamers, crypto miners, and industrial usage.


T-Rex Cool

The T-Rex Cool, cooling effect of 90W (without external fan), is likewise its sister product of the T-Rex series, a cutting-edge TIM with a thermal resistance of ≤0.08 cm2/W at 40 psi. Suitable for semi-professional gamers, crypto miners, and industrial usage.


T-Rex Freeze

The T-Rex Freeze, cooling effect of 110W (without external fan), has an even more impressive thermal resistance of ≤0.06 cm2/W at 40 psi, with a compressibility of 25% at 50 psi - making it a great fit for addressing heat dissipation in high power electronics. Suitable for professional gamers, crypto miners, and industrial usage.


T-Rex Super Series

T-Rex Super Cool

The T-Rex Super Cool, cooling effect of 90W (without external fan), has high elasticity with a thickness size of 0.5-2.5 mm. Its thermal resistance is ≤0.4℃ cm2/W at 40 psi, with compressibility at ≥50% at 40 psi. Suitable for electronics with high-pressure requirements.


T-Rex Super Freeze

The T-Rex Super Freeze, cooling effect of 110W (without an external fan), has high elasticity and a thickness size of 0.5-2.5 mm. Its thermal resistance is ≤0.3℃ cm22/W at 40 psi, with compressibility at ≥50% at 40 psi. Suitable for professional gamers, crypto mining, and electronics with very high-pressure requirements.
